An entity may be accredited as an Authorized Agency if it meets the following requirements: 1. It shall be rated at B level or above by an operator of credit information businesses as defined in Article 2 of the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act; 2. It shall have a network connected to the internet by means of a designated T1 level or above line; and 3. It shall be issued with a certification of the Security Check on Information Protection, so as to demonstrate that it has completed the performance of the protection guidelines on information and communication networks and information in accordance with Article 45 (2) of the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. |
